1. Who and what

Owner: Rock Native Trailer Rentals, West Little Rock, Arkansas, 501-291-0515. Renter: the person named in the booking text, who must hold a valid driver’s license and be 21 or older. Equipment: one Precision 77-inch by 16-foot tandem-axle utility trailer, five ratchet straps, and any listed accessories.

2. Rental period and rates

The rental runs from the pickup or delivery time to the agreed return time. Rates: $75 for the first day, $65 for the second, $60 for each day after; a 7-day week is $440. A day is a 24-hour block from the start time. Delivery and pickup, when chosen, are quoted by distance and added to the total.

3. Deposit

A $125 security deposit is collected before the rental starts and held separately from the rental total. It is refunded in full when the trailer and all straps come back on time, clean, and in the condition they left in, as documented by the pickup photos. Cleaning, missing straps, late return, or damage are deducted from the deposit first; the renter owes any amount beyond it.

4. Late returns and extensions

Text before the return time if you need longer. An extension is charged at the daily rate. A return more than two hours past the agreed time without a text is charged one additional day. Trailers not returned within 24 hours of the agreed time and without contact are treated as unreturned and reported.

5. Use and limits

Cargo only. No passengers on the trailer. No car hauling. No hazardous materials.
Payload is approximately 5,000 lbs of cargo. Do not exceed it. Loads must be secured and covered where required by Arkansas law.
The renter’s tow vehicle must have a frame-mounted receiver hitch rated for the load, the correct ball size, working lights, and a brake controller for the trailer brakes.
Central Arkansas use only. No out-of-state travel, subletting, or towing by anyone other than the renter without the owner’s written OK by text.
Do not alter the trailer, remove the spare or accessories, or let anyone else tow it.

6. Inspection and photos

Owner and renter inspect the trailer together at pickup and return, including tires, lights, coupler, gate, deck, and straps. Both take dated photos of all four corners and the hitch. Existing damage is noted by text before departure. Damage not noted at pickup and present at return is the renter’s responsibility.

7. Damage, loss, and breakdowns

The renter is responsible for loss, theft, and damage to the trailer and accessories during the rental period, including tires and wheels, up to the trailer’s replacement value. Flat tires, road damage, and damage caused by overloading or improper loading are the renter’s responsibility. If anything fails, stop, pull over safely, and text or call 501-291-0515 immediately. Do not have repairs done without the owner’s OK.

8. Insurance and liability

The renter’s auto insurance is primary for any incident while towing. The renter agrees to tow carefully, obey all traffic laws, and is responsible for tickets, tolls, towing, and impound fees incurred during the rental. The renter releases the owner from liability for injury or property damage arising from the renter’s loading, towing, or use of the trailer, except where caused by the owner’s own negligence.

9. Cancellations

Text to cancel or move dates. No charge for changes made before the pickup time. If the renter does not show and does not text, the first day may be charged.

10. Agreement

These terms, the booking text thread, and the pickup photos are the whole agreement. Arkansas law applies. Replying “agreed” to the booking text, paying the deposit, or taking possession of the trailer is acceptance.
